All booking requests require you to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and see any invoices we have issued.

Sutton Parish Council manages three venues for community use: Glebe Community Centre, The Pavilion and the Community Room. If you have any questions before you start, please email the Clerk at office@sutton-cambs-pc.gov.uk or call 01353 777189.

Use a form on this page to request the hire of one of our rooms. Please choose the venue you would like, then tell us the room, the date and time, and roughly how long for.

Our team will review your request, confirm availability and the price, and reply to you as soon as possible. All bookings are subject to our conditions of hire.
